1. Radiant tube type: W type tubes, U type tubes, Straight type tubes, electric radiant tubes etc
2. Material: various grades of heat resistant steel alloy, like 1.***9, 1.***8, 1.***4, 1.***2, 2.***9, HP, HK ALLOY, Ni-base alloy, Co-base alloy or according to customer's requirment.
3. Process: Centrifugal casting tube and welding flange, elbow(precision casting)
4. application: the various radiant tubes are used in the furnaces for steel mills, like CAL(continuous annealing line), CGL(continuous galvanizing line).
5. Precision machining: Lathes, milling machines, drill presses, Boring machines, CNC grinding machines, etc

Chemical analysis by Spectrometer
Mechanical tests in Normal and High temperature.
Ultrasonic, X-ray, Dye Penetrant Test.
Boroscope; Eddy current testing; Microscope; Pressure tests.
